The Tertium Publishing House publishes scholarly and popular science books as well as scholarly articles in journals.
The scholarly focus of the Tertium publishing house reflects the main statutory aim of the Cracow Tertium Society for the Promotion of Language Studies, which is openness to various theoretical approaches and perspectives typical of different modern language studies. We are interested in interdisciplinary research on language in communication
mainly from the perspective of synchronic linguistics and broadly conceived socio-cognitive studies, including cognitive linguistics, linguistic pragmatics and anthropological linguistics.
